Petition and application for writ demanding the release of all Afghan detainee documents.
National Non Profit Party and the people of Canada demand The Harper conservative government and all civil servants release all the documents relating to all Afghan detainees.
The People of Canada are the rightful owner of all documents held by the government; you are required under Canadian law to deliver to the rightful owner the fore mentioned property on demand.
The People of Canada are your employer and under Canadian law employees cannot withhold or edit or destroy the property of their employer.
Any civil servant, elected official or any person employed by the tax payers of Canada and is or was an employee of federal government or its agencies may be prosecuted under Canadian criminal and civil laws.
We the citizens, your Employers demand you surrender all the fore mentioned documents to your employers, the people of Canada and to all political parties and to all Canadian journalists and media.
This petition and application for writ, by the following people of Canada will be presented to all political parties and the government of Canada.
