P6
Eliminate poverty, increase old age pension and social assistance payments.

A Decent government will not allow poverty in this country.
Since poverty still exists in this country, there isn’t and hasn't been a decent government.
We will create the first decent government this country has ever seen.
Currently there is over 4,000,000 Canadians living in poverty.
This is a shameful situation, and the politicians do nothing.
Have they no shame?
Decent people will put an end to poverty in this country of ours.
Please help us change the system and eliminate poverty forever.

Currently there are over 600,000 seniors living below the poverty line.
• These are the people that built everything you see.
They deserve the best this society can give them.

Past governments think of seniors, as a disposable commodity.
Have they no shame? No respect?
We owe senior citizens everything.
• If there's one thing that motivates you to help us, it should be our plan to eliminate poverty.
It can be done in weeks, if we have a majority government.

Old age pensions, Will be increased to $40,000.
• This pension is per person, a couple would receive $40,000 each for a total of $80,000.
The disabled will receive an income supplement of $50,000 per year.

W e will Increase minimum wage to a $15 per hour.

Welfare payments.
• Will be increased to $20,000 per year, for an individual and $5,000 per dependent.
Example a single parent of two children would receive $30,000 per year.
It takes only 1 piece of paper to do this.
