Thomas Barlow is a partner at Fasken Martineau and director of its national infrastructure and public-private partnerships group and municipal law practice. Tom is also a founding member of Fasken’s government relations and ethics practice group. He has acted for a number of governments, provincial ministries and agencies as counsel on Public-Private Partnership projects across Canada and the United States.
