David Eaves
Fellow, Centre for the Study of Democracy at Queen's University

The rise of the Internet is changing how we perceive credible and objective sources - transparency is the new credibility. David is particularly interested in how a nation can wed "open" systems to government hierarchies. He believes that there are already familiar models in place that will allow for more robust levels of citizen engagement in the future. David discusses these important issues in a special five part conversation.
